Kartik mela is celibrated during Urs Period of Hazrat Syed Qurban Ali Shah Musavi the father of Great Muslim Sufi Saint Hazrat Waris Ali Shah Of Dewa shareef. Kartik Mela Of Dewa Shareef is most visited event of barabanki district, the people of all religiona join Kartik Mela of Dewa Shareef.
Kartik Ka Mela will start on Staurday 19th october 2024, 15 Rabi Al-Thani 1446 hijri. On this day Chadar Poshi & Mehfile E Milad of Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W.A. W.S.) Will be held on the Shrine of Hazrat Qurban Ali Shah R.A. After That on 20th October 2024 Sunday at 10 AM there will be a qawwali program and a Mushaira Program will be held at night. On the third day 17 Rabi Al-Thani 1446 hijri 21st October 2024 Monday at 10 AM there will be Mehfile Zikr Which includes Fazail O Manaqib E Hazrat Syed Waris Ali shah. At night there will be a special qawwali program according to the information from of Gulame Waris Official Page.
Next program is on the islamic date 18 Rabi Al Thaani 1446 Hijri 22nd october 2024. On this date there will be a qawwali program at morning and after that Kul Ceremony of Khadim Ali Shah (R.A.) the master of Haji Waris Ali Shah. At Noon Sehra Ceremony of Syed Bedam Shah Warsi (R.A.) will be celibrated along with Juloos. On the day of 23rd october 19 Rabi Al Thaani at 04:13 AM the Kul Shareef Of Hazrat Syed Waris Ali shah take place. At 03:00 PM Gusl of Shrine of Haji Waris Ali Shah Will be held. After that Gilaf poshi and Sandal Shareef (Of or from) Amir Ali Khan Sahab and Hafiz Pyari Sahab will take place. On the day of 20 Rabi Al Thaani 24th october the mela will end with tabarrul distribution to the guests.
